We offer an array of repair services including basic jewelry repairs, complete restoration, watch repairs, pearl restrings, and so much more.
Additionally, we offer written insurance appraisals, consignment opportunities, custom designs, and of course- helping you find the perfect engagement ring or gift.
Repairs:
Jewelry worn regularly will eventually wear down and need repair. Luckily, we’re here for you! Bradley T. Harris Jewelers can restore your broken jewelry back to its original state.
Our jewelers perform repairs on-site and it’s insured while in our possession. Our expert goldsmiths can complete basic repairs within one or two business days, however it may take one to two weeks for a more complex repairs.
Additionally, we service most watches and offer same day battery replacements. Our Horologist is certified with Swiss luxury watch brands, such as Rolex and Audemars Piguet.
Repair Cost:
Please give us a call to inquire about our services. We can give you an estimated cost of the repair needed over the phone, but we’ll need to see your item in person in order to give you a firm cost.
Custom Design:
We specialize in custom design- taking your vision and bringing it to life!
Book your custom design appointment to begin the process- Using inspiration photos and drawings to create a design, we create a 3D rendering of the piece. Next, a wax model is made for you to see in person, to make sure the design is perfect for you. Lastly, the piece will be casted in your desired material, polished, and ready to wear. A completely custom piece can take between 6-8 weeks to produce. Semi- Custom may take 2-4 weeks.
Custom Cost:
Prices for custom pieces vary, due to the level of complexity and materials used.
We charge a 25% deposit on our entirely custom pieces.
Engagement:
We love helping our customers create the perfect engagement ring, custom made for you and your other half. Our staff will get to know you and what you’re looking for. We’ll show you multiple different center stones within your budget, teach you about the Four C’s of diamonds, and point out any inclusions in the stone that can only be seen with extreme magnification. Once you’ve said “I do!” to the perfect stone, we can assist you in choosing the setting.
All of our natural diamonds are conflict free and GIA certified. Additionally, we offer lab grown diamonds and fine gemstones.

Appraisals
Bradley T. Harris is a GIA Graduate Gemologist and an AGS Certified Gemologist Jeweler. Our appraisals include a fully descriptive written document, a detailed photograph of each piece of jewelry, along with a fair market replacement value.
Regular Appraisal Cost:
Our written appraisals are $95 for the first item and $75 for each additional item for items dropped off with us. Please bring any certificates or previous appraisals to ensure a faster turn around time. Appointments are not necessary to drop off pieces for appraisal. The jewelry remains in the safe when not being appraised and is fully insured while in our possession.
Specialty Appraisal Appointment:
If you would like to have your item appraised while you wait, then we do require an appointment. We can do up to 2 items per appraisal appointment and the cost is $150 per piece with a two piece limit. An appraisal can take on average about 45 minutes to an hour depending on the complexity of the piece. Please bring any receipts, certificates, and other documents pertaining to the piece.
Consignment and Gold Purchases:
Have some jewelry you don’t wear? Our consignment program allows you to sell your jewelry from our showcase. If the item is something we are not able to sell, we will give you a cash offer for the gold and/or diamonds, based on daily gold prices.
Consignment Cost:
We charge a $55 consignment fee which goes to refinishing the piece, and insuring the item while it is in our possession. Brad will discuss with you a reasonable selling price, once the piece is sold we take 20% of the agreed upon price.
